David Jones Walk a huge success

A delightful and informative guided walk at Capel-y-ffin took place on September 7th. The sun shone strongly as members of the Brecknock Society and Brecon Art Trust were ably led by Peter Wakelin, curator of the David Jones Exhibition at y Gaer, exhibition, David Alston art expert and William Gibbs the chairman of Brecon Art Trust. A bonus visit to the Monastery added special detail and insights into the works of David Jones.

“ I came home brimming with thoughts and ideas and I've been telling everybody”, said one member.
